Thomas Whale is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of public accounting experience. Tom founded Thomas J. Whale and Co. CPA’s in 1997 and expanded the company through organic growth, networking and mergers. Tom has extensive experience with various businesses and industries and individual taxes. Tom specialized in planning and consulting related to taxes, estates, trusts, and not-for-profits. Tom is also responsible for compliance with Peer Review. Licensed in New Jersey, Tom is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Tom received his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Tom lives with his wife in Little Silver and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, the beach, and summer softball.
Anthony is a highly experienced and well qualified Certified Public Accountant and Enrolled Agent with over three decades of expertise in public accounting. He has a broad range of skills, including review and compilation, as well as extensive experience in business and individual tax matters. In 2004 Anthony established his own firm, Baer Mallozzi Tax & Accounting Services, LLC, and has since gained a large client base across various industries. He provides financial and accounting and tax services to corporations, partnerships, not for profit organizations, estates, trusts and individuals. He is a member of professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NJ Society of CPA’s. He holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY and currently lives in Howell, NJ with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and cooking.
Rosanne is the firm’s operations manager and prior to joining Whale, Mallozzi & Padgett PC she worked at IBM Corp for 25+ years. She graduated from St. Francis College, Brooklyn, NY with a degree in Business Management and Finance. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities as well as boxing and Zumba. Her greatest enjoyment is spending quality time with her family and favorite four-legged friend Jake.
Rick Petschauer has been practicing accounting since 1988 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA. Rick has extensive experience in providing comprehensive accounting services; and all aspects of individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns. Rick resides in Belmar, NJ.
Adriana Leone graduated from Fordham University and has worked in public accounting since 2015. She has experience with the preparation of individual and business tax returns as well as the compilation of financial statements. Adriana resides with her husband and three children in Freehold, NJ.

Veronica graduated from Kean University with a degree in accounting. She has 5+ years of experience preparing business and individual tax returns. She also is an experienced bookkeeper that prepares sales tax and payroll returns. She is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. She currently resides in Lakewood, NJ with her family.
Michael graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a small business and uses that experience in working with other small businesses on their financial reports. He also has experience with the preparation of individual and business tax returns. Michael resides in Little Silver, NJ.
Kathi Rowohlt joined our organization in 2008 along with Merritt Lane lll. A long-time member of Merritt's team, Kathi has been instrumental in maintaining exceptional client contact, and she has facilitated the preparation of their various income tax filings. Here at Whale, Mallozzi & Padgett, Kathi is responsible for individual income tax preparation and coordinating client data flow at our office. She is be responsible for preparing and filing various payroll tax returns and sales tax returns. Kathi and her husband, Bill, live in Wall Township, NJ, with their three children.
Renee Clayton is a payroll and bookkeeping specialist who joined our organization in 2017 along with Anthony Mallozzi. She has been working with Baer Mallozzi Tax & Accounting Services LLC since 2006. Renee has been a bookkeeper and notary for over 29 years. Renee’s expertise is in payroll processing, sales tax, insurance audits and write-ups. She also facilitates the preparation of various income tax filings for our clients. Renee and her husband Jesse live with their six children in Brick Township, NJ.
Dina Aldellizzi is a seasoned accounting professional with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, from Georgian Court University, where she graduated in 2007. She also holds a 150 Credit Hour Certificate in Accounting from the State of New Jersey, showcasing her dedication to advancing her expertise in the field.
With over five years of experience in corporate accounting, Dina has honed her skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. She also brings valuable expertise in individual tax preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting, providing comprehensive support to her clients.
Outside of her career, Dina cherishes time with her husband and their two children, balancing her professional achievements with a fulfilling family life.
Kevin Fabiano, CPA is a 2017 graduate of Monmouth University and brings over seven years of experience in preparing individual, business, and non-profit tax returns. His expertise also extends to compilation and review engagements, as well as providing consulting services tailored to meet the unique needs of his clients. Known for his commitment to personalized service, Kevin takes pride in building strong relationships with those he serves.
Outside of work, Kevin is an avid fan of NJ Devils hockey, enjoys motorsports, and dedicates his time to volunteering in his community.
Samantha graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Business Administration. She joined our organization in 2016 and as our Business Administrator she is responsible for greeting clients upon arrival into our office, maintaining client information and assembling tax returns for our accountants. In addition to that role, Samantha is also our Billing Specialist where she oversees the invoicing and accounts receivables as well as preparing the monthly and quarterly billing. Samantha currently resides in Eatontown, NJ with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending time with her family.
Joanne has been with our Firm since 2021. She has 30+ years of experience working with Accounting, Banking & Financial businesses. Joanne prides herself on her organizational and communication skills and is always willing to go the extra mile for our client’s needs. Joanne helps keep the office running smoothly daily.
